Concrete Spraying Machines
The Sika PM range commences with the AL-246.5 universal concrete spraying machine for small jobs requiring up to 4 cu m/h of thin stream dry mix shotcrete. This machine will convey 150 m distance horizontally, and 60 m vertically. The customer can choose electric or compressed air drive. The larger AL-252 offers twice the performance of the AL-246.5, and is suited to medium-sized jobs.
Progressing up the scale, the renowned Aliva Duplo models provide both dry and wet thin stream hand sprayed concrete. The AL-263 has a capacity of 15 cu m/h and the AL-285 tops out at 21 cu m/h. The AL-278, with its compact two-piston pump, provides wet dense stream concrete at rates of up to 23 cu m/h to the nozzle, with hardly a sign of pulsation.
